RJ50 Cable Application
1. Signal Transmission Limitation: The RJ50 cable is mainly suitable for low-to-medium speed data transmission (usually below 100Mbps), and is not suitable for high-speed data transmission scenarios (such as gigabit Ethernet), which should be replaced by RJ45 Ethernet cables to avoid signal distortion.
2. Interface Compatibility: It is only compatible with devices equipped with RJ50 interfaces, and must not be mismatched with RJ45 (8P8C) or RJ11 (4P4C) interfaces. Special adapters are required if interface conversion is needed to avoid interface damage or signal failure.
3. Installation and Use Specifications: Avoid violent plugging and unplugging, excessive bending or winding of the cable during use, so as not to damage the interface or conductor and affect signal transmission. Ensure that the wiring length does not exceed the rated transmission distance (usually within 100 meters) to prevent signal attenuation.
JST Cable Application
1. Signal Transmission Limitation: JST cables are mainly designed for low-voltage, low-current signal transmission and power supply (usually 5V-24V, 0.5A-3A, depending on the connector model), and are not suitable for high-voltage, high-current transmission scenarios (such as industrial high-power equipment power supply) to avoid connector overheating, insulation damage or signal interference.
2. Interface Compatibility: JST connectors have various models (such as PH, XH, VH series) with different pin pitches and specifications, which are only compatible with matching JST connectors of the same model and pin number. Do not mix different models or non-JST connectors to avoid poor contact, signal failure or connector damage.
3. Installation and Use Specifications: During installation, ensure that the connector is fully inserted and locked to prevent poor contact caused by loose insertion; avoid violent plugging and unplugging, excessive bending or pulling of the cable, so as not to damage the terminal, conductor or insulation layer. In harsh environments (high temperature, humidity, dust), choose JST cables with protective casings or waterproof specifications to extend service life.
